A full day of canyoning in the Ecrins
Sharing the same starting point as the Haut Gâ canyon, this full-day route offers a beautiful sequence of rappels, culminating in the legendary Pucelle waterfall. It's a challengin course requiring good physical condition.
HOW DIFFICULT WILL THE TRIP BE?
Difficult
Have experience walking down a river on one's own. Know how to swim in difficult currents and cross them if necessary. Be comfortable with 5 meter technical jumps. Be comfortable navigating a fixed rope and descending rappels.
WHAT LEVEL OF PHYSICAL FITNESS DO I NEED?
Difficult
Be capable of practicing an all day physical activity in cold water. Be in good physical condition. Regularly practice one or more sports activities. Don't have constraining medical conditions.
